THE PROCESS

Cut. Form. Bring it together.

Combine the operations your part needs. Include assembly details and critical dimensions in your drawings.

01

Laser cutting

Flat profiles, slots and cut-outs form the starting point for your part. Supply a dimensioned drawing and a DXF file where available.

02

Bending

Turn a flat blank into an enclosure, channel or bracket. Specify bend direction, inside radius and the dimensions that matter for fit.

03

Joining & hardware

Request welding, tapped holes or inserted hardware when your design needs an assembly. Identify thread sizes and hardware locations.

START WITH THE RIGHT MATERIAL

A material for every brief.

Select a material family for your enquiry. Tell us the exact grade and sheet thickness if your design requires them.

Aluminum

Lightweight housings, covers and brackets.

5052 / 6061 — request your grade

Stainless steel

Parts where corrosion resistance and appearance matter.

304 / 316L — request your grade

Mild steel

General-purpose structural panels and fabricated assemblies.

Specify grade and protective finish

Copper & brass

Conductive components, contacts and decorative panels.

Specify alloy and surface requirements

Material availability, thickness, bend feasibility and tolerances are confirmed against your drawings during quotation.

THE FINISHING TOUCH

Function meets finish.

Identify visible faces, masking areas, color references and any coating thickness requirements.

01

As fabricated

Keep the material’s natural appearance; specify any edge and burr requirements.

02

Bead blasting

Request a uniform matte texture for suitable materials.

03

Anodizing

An aluminum finish with color options; confirm alloy and cosmetic requirements.

04

Powder coating

A coated surface for color and protection. Provide a RAL or other color reference.

05

Brushing

A directional surface texture. Mark the required grain direction on visible faces.

06

Custom finish

Specify painting, plating or another treatment for a feasibility review.

BUILT AROUND YOUR PRODUCT

The outside of your next innovation.

Match the mechanical parts to the electronics inside. Share connector cut-outs, mounting points, ventilation requirements and assembly drawings.

    BEFORE YOU UPLOAD

    A few useful answers.

Can I request a single prototype?

Yes. Enter your required quantity in the enquiry. Setup requirements, material availability and pricing will be reviewed for your part.

What thicknesses and tolerances can I request?

Specify the sheet thickness and critical tolerances on your drawing. Feasibility depends on the material, geometry and process; the accepted specifications will be confirmed in your quote.

Do I need both 2D and 3D files?

A 3D model helps communicate the formed shape. A dimensioned 2D drawing records tolerances, threads, finish and other requirements. For a flat part, include a DXF and a PDF drawing if available.

Can I enquire before my drawings are finished?

Yes. Attach what you have and explain what still needs to be defined. Files are optional for an initial discussion, but production-ready information is needed to confirm a manufacturing quote.

How much will my part cost, and when will it ship?

Price and lead time depend on the drawings, material, operations, finish and quantity. This form requests a reviewed quote; it does not calculate a fixed price or place a paid order.
