    A CLEAR PATH FORWARD

    What happens after
    you send your files?

Your submission starts a conversation. We confirm the scope, schedule and quote before beginning design work.

    1. 01

      Share your brief

Upload existing files and describe your goals, constraints and preferred timeline.

    2. 02

      Align on the scope

Review the requirements together and agree on deliverables, cost and milestones.

    3. 03

      Design & review

Work through the agreed design stages, review progress and resolve open questions.

    4. 04

      Prepare the handoff

Receive the agreed files and discuss prototyping, fabrication or assembly as needed.

    KEEP YOUR PROJECT MOVING

    Design is the beginning.
    Manufacturing is the next step.

    What files should I provide?

A requirements document, schematic, existing PCB files, board dimensions and a component list are helpful. Include relevant mechanical drawings or reference images. ZIP your CAD files before uploading.

Can I submit a project without finished design files?

Yes. Describe the product’s functions, interfaces, size and power requirements. Files are optional at the first enquiry stage, so you can start with a written brief.

Does submitting the form place a paid order?

No. This is a project review request. Design scope, deliverables, timing and pricing need to be agreed before work starts.

Which EDA software should I select?

Select KiCad, Altium Designer, Other or No preference. Tell us if you need editable source files in a particular format so that it can be included in the agreed scope.

Who can access my uploaded files?

Files submitted here are stored privately and are available to authorized DIYIPCB staff for project review. If you need an NDA, contact us before uploading confidential material.

    What happens after I submit?

You will receive an on-screen request reference. Keep this number for follow-up. Our team can review your brief and use the email address you supplied to discuss the next steps.
