Describe the thermal path
Identify heat-generating components and how the board connects to the heatsink or enclosure. Base-metal conductivity alone does not describe the whole thermal path.
Specify insulation needs
Include electrical isolation requirements, copper weight and any dielectric requirements. Material suitability must be assessed for the intended application.
Include mounting details
Show mounting holes, clearances, cutouts and critical dimensions. Share the surface finish and assembly requirements with the fabrication request.
