Address checklist
Provide a complete street address, recipient name, city, region where required, postal code and country. Include a telephone number when requested for delivery. Confirm that billing and shipping addresses are correct if they differ.
Delivery options
Select your destination in the quotation or checkout flow and review the available shipping options. Shipping cost and availability can depend on the destination, package and order details. Use the options confirmed for your order.
Corrections and deadlines
For an already placed order, ask support to confirm an address change; editing the saved account address is not enough. If you have a fixed delivery deadline, discuss both manufacturing and transit time before ordering. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment.
