Explain assembly and testing requirements
Define what should be assembled, inspected and tested.
Describe the assembly scope
Identify single- or double-sided assembly, through-hole parts, hand-soldered items and components installed after the main assembly process. Mark any unpopulated positions clearly.
Describe testing separately
If you need programming or functional testing, provide the test procedure, firmware version, required connections, acceptance criteria and any fixture details. Do not assume that a fabrication electrical test includes functional testing of an assembled product.

Discuss unusual components, assembly constraints, supplied parts and testing with service@diyipcb.com. Ask for confirmation of the agreed scope, pricing and schedule in the order record.
