Request an order change or cancellation
Contact support promptly before assuming an order can be changed.
Send a clear request
Email service@diyipcb.com with the order number, account email, requested change and the reason. For file changes, identify both the old and new revisions.
Wait for confirmation
An email request does not itself stop production or cancel an order. Feasibility depends on the current processing stage. Ask support to confirm whether the change is possible and whether it affects the price or schedule.
Do not assume that uploading another file or changing your saved account address updates an existing order.
Cancellation and refunds
Ask support to confirm the applicable cancellation or refund terms for your specific order. Custom manufacturing may already have begun. Retain the written response and your order reference for follow-up.
