Find your order and check its status
Locate your order number and ask for progress information when needed.
Find the order
Sign in to My account → Orders using the account used for the purchase. Open the order to review its details. Your confirmation email is another place to find the order number.
Understand the information shown
Order status describes the current order record. It may not show every individual manufacturing operation. If you need a production update or have a fixed delivery deadline, contact support with the order number.
If an order is missing
Check whether you used another email address or checked out as a guest. Look for the confirmation email before submitting a duplicate order. Support can help investigate using the order reference, purchase email and approximate order date.
