Pay for an order at checkout
Use the payment methods actually offered for your checkout session.
Review before paying
Check your cart, quantities, delivery address and order total. Select one of the payment options shown at checkout and follow the instructions from that payment provider.
If payment does not complete
Read the error message and check your billing details. Before trying again, look for an order confirmation and check the order status. If your bank shows a charge but the website does not confirm payment, contact support with the order number and transaction reference.
Keep sensitive data private
Never email a full card number, card security code, password or one-time authentication code. A transaction reference and a screenshot with sensitive details hidden are sufficient for an initial support request. For payment options not displayed at checkout, ask support rather than assuming availability.
