Match quote options to the fabrication requirements in your design.
Core specifications
Confirm material, layer count, dimensions, quantity and finished thickness. Then review copper weight, solder mask, silkscreen and surface finish. These settings should agree with the fabrication drawing and design files.
Special features
State any controlled-impedance requirement, castellated holes, gold fingers or special via treatment. Use the remarks to clarify the target values and where they apply. For a specific laminate or stack-up, ask for confirmation before ordering.
Check related limits together
Use PCB Capabilities to review the relevant process. A limit for one material or layer count may not apply to another combination. Contact support when your design depends on a boundary value or an option not shown in the quote form.
