High-Frequency PCBs

Build your RF and high-frequency PCB enquiry around a defined material and stackup. DIYIPCB can review your fabrication requirements with the operating frequency, impedance targets and production files together.

Plan your project

Choose materials deliberately

Specify the intended laminate grade and the conditions associated with its dielectric properties. A lower dielectric constant is not automatically better for every design.

Control the stackup

Provide trace geometry, dielectric thickness, copper weight and impedance tolerances. Agree on any material substitution before production.

Define verification

State the inspection and test documentation you need. Special process requirements and material availability affect the final quotation and lead time.

Prepare your files

Use the preparation guide to collect the information for this service. Keep file names and revision notes consistent, and identify any requirement that is essential to your application.

From enquiry to order

  1. Submit the request. Open the online PCB quote above, select Rogers or PTFE Teflon under Base Material, and upload your files. Configure the specifications and quantity, then add to cart or submit a quotation request using the options shown.
  2. Review the details. Confirm the proposed construction, pricing, production lead time and any open questions.
  3. Approve the order. Check the accepted specifications, delivery address and shipping option before proceeding.

Common questions

How are price and lead time confirmed?

They depend on the reviewed files, materials, quantity and process requirements. Use the quotation and order confirmation for your project; production time and shipping transit time are separate.

What if my requirement is not listed?

Include it in your request or contact DIYIPCB support before ordering. Special materials, tolerances and inspection requirements need explicit confirmation.
