Prepare a flexible PCB enquiry
Document the flex construction and mechanical requirements before ordering.
Choose the construction
Start with Flexible PCBs or select Flex in the PCB quote. Specify the layer count, material construction, finished thickness, copper requirements and coverlay.
Provide mechanical details
Include a drawing that identifies bend areas, stiffener positions, connector contact areas and any adhesive or shielding requirements. Describe whether the board is installed in a fixed shape or expected to flex repeatedly.
Confirm the combination
Use the Flex PCB section of PCB Capabilities as a starting point. Ask support to confirm the construction and mechanical requirements for your actual design before committing to a quote.
