How to order an SMT stencil
Select the stencil format and paste layers required by your assembly process.
Upload the files
Open SMT Stencil Quote and upload your archive. The form accepts ZIP, RAR or 7z files up to 50 MB. Include the solder-paste layers for the board revision to be assembled.
Choose the stencil options
Select framed or unframed format, the stencil side and a suitable size. The page distinguishes top only, bottom only, both sides on one stencil and both sides on separate stencils. Review the usable area as well as the overall dimensions.
Confirm special requirements
Check thickness and any process options against your assembly equipment. State special aperture instructions or fiducial requirements explicitly. If you need a stepped stencil or are uncertain about the format, ask support before checkout.
